Tagger Terms

These Tagger Terms apply to every Tagger subscription, in addition to the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You accept them at checkout, before payment.

1. Subscription

Tagger is a monthly or annual subscription at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel. After you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period, and amounts already paid are not refunded.

2. Usage limits

Each plan has the monthly usage limit shown on the pricing page when you buy. When you reach it, new coding either continues or waits for the next period, as that plan describes. Unused usage does not carry over to the next month.

3. AI coding

Tagger suggests a codeframe and codes your responses. You approve the codeframe before coding and are responsible for reviewing the results before you use them.

4. Cleaning and delivery

Cleaning uses the same engine as Arc, and the final delivery is the same three files: numeric codes, labelled values, and SPSS.

5. Personal data

Do not upload respondents' personal details that are not needed for coding (names, phone numbers, addresses). If such columns are present, they are left out of the files you receive.

6. File retention

Project files are kept for 90 days after the last activity and then deleted. Please download and keep the files you receive.
