Helix Terms

These Helix Terms apply to every Helix subscription, in addition to the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You accept them at checkout, before payment.

1. Subscription

Helix Professional is a monthly or annual subscription at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. After you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period. Amounts already paid, including for part of a period, are not refunded.

2. Questionnaires and respondents

You are responsible for the content of your questionnaires, for obtaining respondents' consent, and for following the research and privacy laws of each country where you run a survey.

3. Interviewers and location

For fieldwork quality control, the location where each interview starts is recorded on a map. Before work begins, you must tell your interviewers about this and obtain their consent.

4. Interviewer accounts

You are responsible for the people you give interviewer or supervisor access to, and you must remove access for anyone who leaves your team.

5. Data and exports

Your data is kept for as long as your subscription is active, and you can export it at any time. After the subscription ends, your data stays available to download for 30 days and may then be deleted.

6. Fair use

Use that puts an unusual load on our servers or affects other customers (for example, automated mass sending) may be limited, and we will talk with you about a suitable plan.
