Last updated: September 29, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Survantis Services. It is part of our Terms of Service.
You must not use the Services to:
- break any law, including privacy, anti-spam, export-control and sanctions laws;
- collect or upload personal data without a lawful basis, required notices or participant consent;
- conduct “sugging” or “frugging” — selling or fundraising under the guise of research;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or that exploits minors;
- distribute malware, probe or attack our systems, or bypass security or usage limits;
- resell, sublicense or share access to the Services, or share account credentials outside your organisation;
- copy, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from the Services, our reports or research frameworks;
- use automated means to scrape the website or the Services except through interfaces we provide.
Research standards
When you conduct surveys, interviews or focus groups with our tools, you are responsible for following recognised research codes of conduct (such as those of ESOMAR or the Insights Association), including transparency with participants and appropriate handling of sensitive data.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access, remove content or cooperate with authorities where appropriate. Report abuse to info@zeluxa.com.
