Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for each type of purchase. Please read it before you pay.

1. Radar reports (Snapshot and Blueprint)

• Before payment: an unpaid order can be cancelled at any time from your account at no cost.
• After payment — all sales are final: research on your report starts as soon as your payment is received, and each report is prepared specifically for your product and markets. For this reason, paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Delivery times: Snapshot reports are delivered within 2 business days and Blueprint reports within 10 business days, as PDF and PowerPoint files.
• If something is wrong: if a delivered report does not match the product, category or markets you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge.

2. Subscriptions (Scripter, Tagger)

• You can cancel anytime from your account (or, for PayPal subscriptions, from your PayPal account).
• Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments already made are not refunded, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

3. Recap, enterprise and custom work

Cancellation terms for quoted work are set out in the relevant quote or order form.

4. Seller and invoices

All Survantis sales are made and invoiced by Zeluxa (Zeluxa Corp., Canada, or Zeluxa LLC, United States, as shown at checkout). If you enter your company details in the billing form, the invoice is issued in your company’s name.
