Recap Terms

These Recap Terms apply to every Recap order, in addition to the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You accept them at checkout, before payment.

1. Price

Recap is priced by the amount of audio, and the price of each order is shown before you pay.

2. Consent to recording

You confirm that everyone whose voice is in your files knew about the recording and its processing and agreed to it.

3. Transcript quality

Transcript accuracy depends on the audio quality, background noise and people talking over each other. Speaker separation and timestamps are approximate, and passages where several people talk at once may stay unattributed. Uncertain passages are marked in the report.

4. Summaries and reports

Summaries and reports are written from the transcript with the help of AI, and you should review them before use.

5. Your audio files

Audio files are used only for your order and are never used to train AI models. When you order, you choose when your audio files are deleted: right after delivery or a few days later, at most 30 days after the work is complete. After that, the files are always deleted.

6. Refunds

Processing that has started is not refunded. If a file cannot be processed because it is damaged or silent, its credit is returned to you.
