Radar Terms

These Radar Terms apply to every Radar report you order, in addition to the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You accept them at checkout, before payment.

1. Price and delivery

Each report has a fixed price, shown before you pay. Delivery time (2 business days for Snapshot, 5 business days for Blueprint) starts when your payment is confirmed and is a good-faith estimate. Reports are delivered as PDF and PowerPoint files in your account.

2. Sources and confidence

Reports are based on public data and reputable international and local sources. Some countries do not publish current statistics; in those cases the most recent available data is used. Every finding carries one of three confidence levels: Confirmed, Reliable or Partly reliable.

3. Your order details

The accuracy of a report depends on the details you give in the order form (product, exporting country and target market). Changing the product or market after research has started counts as a new order.

4. Corrections

If a report does not match the product or market you ordered, we correct it free of charge when you tell us within 14 days of delivery. Adding a new topic or market is a new order.

5. Refunds

Research starts as soon as payment is received and every report is made for that order alone, so a paid order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the law requires it.
